Your Customer Portal is powered by Stripe and gives you full control over your R-Link Studio subscription — update your plan, manage payment methods, and download invoices anytime.

↑ Click the login link in your email to access the portal

Updating Your Plan
Upgrade from Basic to Business — or switch between monthly and yearly billing — directly from your Customer Portal. Changes take effect immediately and any prorated amounts are handled automatically.
↑ Billing & Usage in your Admin Portal — use Upgrade to Business or Manage Subscription for quick access
↑ Click "Update subscription" on the portal home screen
↑ Toggle Monthly/Yearly and click Select on your new plan
↑ Click Confirm to process your plan change

Updating Your Payment Method
Need to add a new card or remove an old one? You can manage all payment methods directly from your Customer Portal at any time.
↑ Click Update next to your Payment Method in Billing & Usage for quick access
↑ Click "+ Add payment method" on the portal home screen

Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your R-Link Studio subscription at any time from the Customer Portal. Cancelling does not cut off your access immediately — you keep full access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will be deactivated.
↑ Click Manage Subscription in Billing & Usage for quick access
↑ Click "Cancel subscription" on the portal home screen
↑ Confirm your cancellation on the next screen
Once your billing period ends, your account will be deactivated and you will lose access to all rooms, recordings, and features. Make sure to download any recordings or data you need before that date.

Renewing Your Subscription
Changed your mind after cancelling? You can reactivate your subscription at any time before your billing period ends — without losing any of your data or settings.

Viewing Your Invoices
All your R-Link Studio invoices and payment receipts are stored in the Customer Portal. You can view, download, and keep them for your records at any time.

Managing Your Profile
Keep your profile information up to date — your display name and profile photo are editable from within your R-Link Studio Admin Portal.

Changing Your Password
You can update your R-Link Studio password and account preferences at any time from the Account section in your Admin Portal. The Security and Preferences settings are found on the same page as your Profile Settings — just scroll down.
↑ Security section — enter current and new password, then click Save Changes
