Accessing Your Customer Portal

Your Customer Portal is powered by Stripe and gives you full control over your R-Link Studio subscription — update your plan, manage payment methods, and download invoices anytime.

Step-by-step

Go to the Customer Portal
Visit learn.r-link.com/account — this is your dedicated billing portal, separate from your Admin Portal.

Enter Your Email Address
Enter the email address associated with your R-Link Studio account and click Send. A magic login link will be sent to your inbox.

Check Your Inbox
Open the email from R-Link and click "Log in to your customer portal" to access your account. The link is valid for a limited time.

Upgrade from Basic to Business — or switch between monthly and yearly billing — directly from your Customer Portal. Changes take effect immediately and any prorated amounts are handled automatically.

Quick Access from Your Admin Portal
You can also access this directly from Billing & Usage in your Admin Portal — no need to navigate to the Customer Portal first.

Click "Update Subscription"
Log in to your Customer Portal at learn.r-link.com/account and click "Update subscription" on the main portal page.

Select Your New Plan
Toggle between Monthly and Yearly billing tabs, then click "Select" on your preferred plan.

Save with Yearly
Switching to a yearly plan saves you money compared to month-to-month billing. The annual amount is charged upfront.

Review & Continue
Click "Continue" to review your changes. If you're upgrading mid-cycle, you'll see the prorated amount to be charged immediately for the remainder of your current billing period.

Confirm the Change
Click "Confirm" to process the plan change. Your new plan takes effect immediately.

Pro-Rated Billing
If you are upgrading mid-billing cycle, a pro-rated amount will be charged immediately to your default payment method for the remainder of the current period. You will receive an invoice for this amount in your email shortly after confirming.

Wait a Moment & Refresh if Needed
Give the system a few seconds to process your update. If your new plan isn't showing yet, refresh your browser. If you still don't see the change, log out of your Admin Portal and log back in — your updated plan should appear immediately after.

Need to add a new card or remove an old one? You can manage all payment methods directly from your Customer Portal at any time.

Quick Access from Your Admin Portal
You can also update your payment method directly from Billing & Usage in your Admin Portal — click the Update button next to your current payment method.

Click "+ Add Payment Method"
In your Customer Portal, click "+ Add payment method" on the main portal page.

Enter Your New Card Details
Enter your new card number, expiry date, and CVC. Check "Use as default payment method" if you want this card to be charged on your next billing date.

Save and Remove Old Card
Click "Add" to save your new card. To remove your old card, click the X next to it and select "Delete".

Tip
Always set a default payment method before deleting your old one to avoid any lapse in your subscription.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your R-Link Studio subscription at any time from the Customer Portal. Cancelling does not cut off your access immediately — you keep full access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will be deactivated.

Click "Cancel Subscription"
In your Customer Portal, click "Cancel subscription" on the main portal page.

Confirm Cancellation
Click "Cancel subscription" again on the confirmation screen to confirm your decision.

Share Your Reason (Optional)
Share your cancellation reason to help the R-Link team improve the platform, then click "Submit".

Your Access Continues Until the End of Your Billing Period
Cancelling your subscription does not cut off your access immediately. You will continue to have full access to R-Link Studio until the end of your current billing period — even after cancellation is confirmed.

Once your billing period ends, your account will be deactivated and you will lose access to all rooms, recordings, and features. Make sure to download any recordings or data you need before that date.

Changed your mind after cancelling? You can reactivate your subscription at any time before your billing period ends — without losing any of your data or settings.

Click "Don't Cancel Subscription"
In your Customer Portal, click "Don't cancel subscription" on the main portal page. This option only appears if your subscription is still within the current billing period.

Click "Renew Subscription"
Click "Renew subscription" and confirm. Your subscription will automatically renew on your next billing date as normal.

Timing matters
This option is only available while you're still within your current billing period. Once it expires you'll need to sign up again as a new subscriber.

You can also view your Billing History directly inside the Billing & Usage section of your Admin Portal — scroll down to see all invoices with invoice numbers, dates, amounts, and a download button for each.

Go to Invoice History
Log in to your Customer Portal and scroll down to the Invoice History section on the main page.

Open an Invoice
Click on any invoice row to open its full details — including the amount, date, plan, and payment method used.

From the invoice detail view, click "Download invoice" for a PDF invoice or "Download receipt" for a PDF payment receipt.

Click Your Profile in the Top Right Corner
To access Profile Settings, click on your profile image, name, and email displayed in the top right corner of the Admin Portal. This opens your full Profile Settings page where you can update all your account information.

Update Your Display Name
Under Personal Information, update your Display Name — this is how you appear to participants during sessions. Click Save Changes when done.

Update Your Profile Photo
Click "Click or Drop Here" under your profile image to upload a new photo. Use a square image (400x400 px) for best quality — max 3 MB, JPG or PNG. Your photo appears in the meeting room when your camera is off.

You can update your R-Link Studio password and account preferences at any time from the Account section in your Admin Portal. The Security and Preferences settings are found on the same page as your Profile Settings — just scroll down.

Step-by-step

Click Your Profile in the Top Right Corner
To access Profile Settings, click on your profile image, name, and email displayed in the top right corner of the Admin Portal. This opens your full Profile Settings page where you can update all your account information.

Enter Your Current & New Password
In the Security section, enter your Current Password, then type your New Password and Confirm New Password. A password strength indicator appears as you type. Click Save Changes to apply.

Update Your Preferences
While you're in Account, scroll down to the Preferences section to update:

Language — set your preferred display language.
Time Zone — ensures your scheduled sessions display at the correct local time.
Meeting Reminders — toggle on to receive email reminders before scheduled sessions.
Security Alerts — toggle on to receive notifications for account security events.
Click Save Preferences when done.

Forgot your password?
If you've forgotten your current password, go to the R-Link Studio login page and click "Forgot password?" to receive a reset link by email.
